Personal Coaching
Physical Culture for a Life Well MovedCoaching is offered in kettlebells and traditional physical culture from my home in the village of Lower Quinton, overlooking the edge of the Cotswolds, or within my fully equipped garage dojo. I work with people who accept the journey as part of the progress, I don’t rescue inconsistency.
Skill, Rhythm and flow – the Long Game Advantage for Body and Mind.
Discover an approach designed to build strength, coordination, and resilience that lasts a lifetime. Using a combination of kettlebells, Persian meels, Indian clubs, Indian gada, and movement mastery, where every session focuses on technique, rhythm, and flow. The result is a body that moves with power, control, and ease — energised, calm, and ready for life today and decades from now.

The Behavioural Cost
The part that actually produces the results is the unglamorous bit; Repeating the basics, showing up when it’s inconvenient, tolerating slow progress and not needing novelty to stay engaged.
Principles of Practice
- Don’t force a session – participate and flow
- Practice the basics – advanced results are just the basics, repeated and progressed
