There’s something rather satisfying about keeping things simple.

This morning’s practice stayed in the garden: six rounds of Shena board push-ups and Persian meels.

A steady rhythm, repeated movement and no need to chase exhaustion.

The meels, the garden, the morning air and Maddie keeping a suitably close eye on proceedings.

Not every practice needs to be epic.

Sometimes simple, consistent and enjoyable is more than enough.
