Warm up with 5 to 10 mins of handstands / handstand kick-ups, then:-

“J Rock”

Perform 2 rounds of both push and pull triplexes, digressing in difficulty and total 30 reps per round:-

Pushing:-

  1. Jungle Gym / ring dips
  2. Jungle Gym / ring push-ups @ 90 degrees
  3. Jungle Gym / ring push-ups @ 60 degrees

Pulling:-

  1. Jungle Gym / ring pull-ups
  2. Jungle Gym / ring body rows @ 90 degrees
  3. Jungle Gym / ring body rows @ 60 degrees

Finisher: 100 x Kettlebell swings
