“Bodyweight, Kettlebell, Sandbag Workout”

3 rounds with minimal rest between exercises, rest as need between rounds:-

  1. Hindu push-ups x 20
  2. Double kettlebell floor press x 10
  3. Sandbag pull-over x 10

Then:-

3 rounds with minimal rest between exercises, rest as need between rounds:-

  1. Hindu squats x 20
  2. Double kettlebell sumo dead-lift x 20
  3. Sandbag bear hug squats x 10

3 rounds with minimal rest between exercises, rest as need between rounds:-

  1. Powerwheel roll outs x 15
  2. Kettlebell windmills x 5 each side
  3. Kettlebell pressing sit-up or half get-ups x 10 each side

Finisher:  Kettlebell snatch 30/30 – work for 30 secs, rest for 30 secs for 4 minutes.
