- Jungle Gym / ring push-ups @ 90 degrees
- Jungle Gym / ring push-ups @ 60 degrees
Pulling:-
- Jungle Gym / ring pull-ups
- Jungle Gym / ring body rows @ 90 degrees
- Jungle Gym / ring body rows @ 60 degrees
Finisher: 100 x Kettlebell swings
