TNT cable warm up:  Presses, pulls and Russian twist for 3 rounds, then:-

20/15/10/5 Workout

Perform 20, 15, 10 & 5 reps on each of the following for time:-

  1. Double Kettlebell swings
  2. Kettlebell Renegade rows (reps are per arm)
  3. Push-ups on kettlebells
  4. Power Wheel roll-outs

Kettlebell jerk practice

Finisher:-

Hindu Push-ups – 10 reps down to 1
